Our free trial is limited to one per student. That's because we want everyone to be able to try edutopper.com to see how great it is, but we can't let you have free sessions forever. Our tutors are real people who get paid for their time, and it costs money to maintain the computers that provide our service.
We limit the number of free trials you can have, and verify your information by sending you a confirmation mail containing your username & password for a free demo session to your email.
Q: Do I have to use a whole hour every time?
Yes. Sessions can be longer if you want them to be. We would assign you a teacher as per the scheduled time and if you want longer session (e.g. two hour session) then you will have to let us know beforehand for your longer sessions. You can do so by sending an email at admin@edutopper.com mentioning your account details.
